At GCS Rehab we believe everyone deserves access to quality health services and treatment. We offer private consultations as well as services for EPC, WorkSafe, DVA, Third Party insurance and NDIS clients.
Rehab Programs
We specialize in Orthopedic and Sports Injury rehabilitation and work with you to return you to your game in the shortest and safest time possible. We also offer both Pre and Post Surgical rehab programs designed to ‘Get you back better!’
Exercise Classes
We believe in the power of corrective exercise to improve posture and function. We offer classes to assist you to ‘Be Better’.  We also offer programs to fight the aging process. Our gym facility is perfect for small group classes designed to maintain strength, mobility and balance, and keep people moving.

Who
This program is designed for people suffering from long term spinal problems with lower back, thoracic and neck conditions that impact their daily lives.
What
Programs may include a combination of hands-on treatment to relieve symptoms, and mobility and strengthening exercises to improve posture and correct abnormal movement patterns that could be a contributing cause of your problem.

Sports Injury Rehabilitation
Who
Injury rehab programs for athletes which do not require surgical intervention are one of our specialties.  No matter what injury you have we have a solution. Programs are designed for athletes of any age, and anyone engaged in physical recreational activity suffering from pain or discomfort that’s keeping them from participating.
What
Early acute injury treatment and management, based on established Return to Play milestones, combined with an activity-specific exercise program designed to have you back on the field in the earliest time possible. The program also identifies physical imbalance and weakness and includes strategies to improve mobility, flexibility, stability and strength to build physical resilience and minimize future injury risk.

Surgery Prehab/Rehab
Who
These programs are designed for people preparing for or recovering from Orthopedic or Neurosurgery. We’re experts in assisting in surgery recovery, including (but not limited to) Feet, Ankles, Knees, Hips, Shoulders, Neck and lower Back
What
Our Prehab programs can involve pre-surgery strengthening exercises to ensure the best possible start to your recovery journey following surgery. Surgery Rehab programs progress participants through achievement-based milestones to maximize positive long term recovery outcomes.

‘Fight It’ Program
Who
This program is designed for people looking to maintain an active lifestyle and slow the effects of aging on their physical mobility.
What
Small format movement classes in a friendly, relaxed, social environment (max 3 participants). Includes simple gym-based strengthening, mobility and balance exercises and walking drills designed to get people moving and keep them moving.

Cameron Lillicrap
Physiotherapist/Director
Cameron Lillicrap specialises in musculoskeletal and sporting injuries. A former Rugby Union player he has spent more than 30 years in the locker rooms of professional sport. Following his playing retirement he returned to Rugby as Head Physiotherapist for both the Australian Wallabies and Queensland Reds. Cam has attended four Rugby World Cups, two as a player and two as team Physio. His diagnostic skills and advanced knowledge of injury prevention is highly respected by Medical professionals, athletes and the general population.
Alex Kwok
Physiotherapist
Alex is a dedicated Gold Coast local, with a Doctor of Physiotherapy degree from Bond University and a Bachelor of Exercise Science from Griffith University. With a background in CrossFit, Olympic lifting, and basketball, Alex combines his love of sport and fitness with his clinical knowledge to empower his clients. His focus is guiding patients through tailored recovery plans for long-term wellness and peak performance.
Jordan Franic-Smith
Physiotherapist
Originally from Sydney, Jordan moved to the Gold Coast in 2022 to complete his Doctor of Physiotherapy at Bond University. He has a keen interest in Rugby Union and Surf Life Saving. Jordan has had the opportunity to work with elite and amateur athletes, both here in Australia and the United States. He believes that it is important not to define the patient by their condition or injury but to adopt a ‘whole person’ focus to help them achieve their physical goals.
