01
Program
Pre & Post Surgical Rehab
We are highly experienced in both pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, working closely with leading orthopaedic surgeons to support athletes and individuals through their recovery. Our goal is not just to help you return to sport or daily life—but to come back even stronger than before your injury. We provide expert rehab for all major joints, including the knee, ankle, shoulder, neck, and lumbar spine. With well-established protocols and tailored programs, we guide you through each stage of recovery. Downloadable rehab plans are also available to support your progress every step of the way.
02
Program
ONERO Bone Strengthening
Exercise for Osteoporosis and Osteopenia is extremely important as research shows the positive effect of resistance training and body-weight impact training to preserve and improve bone mineral density. The right program will contain both of these elements to strengthen bones and minimise the risk of fractures.

03
Program

Our programs target common problem areas such as the Achilles tendon, patellar tendon (knee), and gluteal tendons (hip), and are tailored to suit your individual condition. Each program is structured over time depending on how severe your tendon issue is, and is designed to rebuild strength, improve function, and get you back to daily life, work, or sport with confidence.
05
Program

We offer neck strengthening programs designed to help with sports performance, recovery from whiplash, and reducing the risk of concussion. Whether you're an athlete, recovering from an injury, or want to prevent future problems, our tailored exercises aim to improve neck strength, stability, and control. These programs are guided by experienced physios and suited to your individual needs.

Acute Injury Rehab
We are highly experienced in acute injury management, with a strong background working with professional and national sporting teams. Whether you're an elite athlete or a weekend warrior, we’ll help you get back to your best.
07
Program
Athletic Performance
Our Exercise Physiologists specialize in enhancing athletic performance while minimizing injury risk. Focusing on runners and team sport athletes, they conduct comprehensive, individualized assessments to evaluate your unique physical capabilities. Strength and power are core components of their approach — improving muscle strength enhances overall stability and force production, while power training boosts your explosive ability and speed on the field or track. Using these insights, they create tailored programs that improve mobility, optimize biomechanics, build strength and power, enhance cardiovascular fitness, and support safe return-to-run protocols.
08
Program
Weight Management
At GCSR, we offer structured weight management programs guided by our experienced dietitians and exercise physiologists. We believe that combining exercise with the right dietary approach is the most effective and sustainable way to achieve long-term weight control. Our team works together to deliver a coordinated approach that supports you every step of the way—helping you build healthy habits, improve your fitness, and take control of your health for the long term.

Program
Shockwave Therapy
We offer Shockwave Therapy as a non-invasive treatment to assist with a range of conditions, including persistent tendon issues and foot problems such as plantar fasciitis. This therapy uses sound waves to stimulate healing, reduce pain, and improve tissue repair. It’s especially effective for chronic conditions that haven’t responded to other treatments, and is often used alongside our targeted rehab programs for the best results.
